Tina spoke to students from the Master's Program in Conference Interpretation at Fu Jen Catholic University on ways to break into the market as a bilingual master of ceremony. Market entry competence categories, as revealed in her Master's thesis, such as signaling, networking, image management and more, were discussed during the interactive one-hour lecture.

As a part of the Taiwan External Trade development Council (TAITRA), Taiwantrade is committed to the facilitation of exports of Taiwanese goods. Tina served as the English show host for the annual Taiwantrade Trade Mission in 2021.

MA in Conference Interpretation, NTNU
From 2019-2022, Tina studied conference interpretation at the prestigious master's program at National Taiwan University under the instruction of renowned AIIC members. During her time at NTNU, she mastered Mandarin Chinese <> English simultaneous, consecutive and sight interpretation. She passed the 2021 Joint Professional Examinations in Chinese-English Conference Interpretation (中英會議口譯聯合專業考試). Her master's thesis was an exploratory study on ways for English <> Mandarin Chinese freelance interpreter's to break into the market.

During her time in Seoul, Tina specialized in business and professional language training in the intermediate and advanced levels and was retained as a personal language instructor for Kortek CEO.
2008 Beijing Olympics
Tina was the project manager for ESPN International who planned and executed long-term event coverage for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. As an assignment editor, she also cross-functioned as an interpreter, translator, and event coordinator while handling satellite distribution across continents and daily duties for six ENG teams.
ESPN International, 2006
During her tenure at ESPN International, Tina was responsible for breaking news and sports news coverage assignment across international, domestic and digital platforms, including booking interviews and working with franchise PR departments. She worked in a multi-lingual environment which required the use of English, Spanish and Mandarin on a daily basis. As an assignment editor, her daily responsibility included satellite and fiber feeds coordination for International SportsCenters and studio shows.
